Take it with you

Tonight is the first night that you will be able to take an unfinished bottle of wine with you from a restaurant. Thanks to lawmakers you can save that bottle for later. However, you will be required to hold on to your receipt and it needs to be sealed in a tamper proof bag. So much for drinking on the T.
