Brookline School Bus

This morning on my way home to work I saw a school bus driver talking on her cellphone. At first I thought it was a CB but since she was sitting at a light I had a good look and saw it was a cellphone. When the light turned green she made a wide turn on to Beacon St off of Dean Rd using one hand, never putting down the phone. I thought driving while talking on a cellphone was illegal in Brookline. You could at least invest in a hands-free headset.
