Is Justice Blind?

It's kind of funny how Justice works. Richard R. Goyette, the mayor of Chicopee has federal authorities charging him with extorting illegal campaign contributions. I wonder if federal authorities don't have anything better to do? How about coming eastwardly? I can think of some official(s) that are letting their cronies rip off the city and state and definitely for more than $10,000.
