Car Insurance: Episode 3

Finally got through to my insurance company. Their phone is always busy. They want to give me $13,410 for my car. I can't replace my car for that price. A 2002 Landrover Freelander in excellent condition costs more than that. Plus it has LoJack, An extended warranty that cost $2400 and I just had new tires put on and balanced, the steering aligned, the interior detailed, and regular maintenance done.

We are going to arbitration because my insurance company has been unfair. I think we will pursue damages too.
