Helmet Law

Under a new law children under 17 will be required to wear helmets while riding bicycles, scooters and skates. Violation will result in a $20 fine and confiscation of the child's vehicle for 15 days. In recent years helmets have grown in poularity and have proven to be an excellent way to reduce serious injury. Even Lance wears one.
