Microsoft Sucks

The State of Massachusetts recently proposed that all state agencies must create and save all documents using an open format by 2007. "It is the policy of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that all official records of the Commonwealth be created and saved in an acceptable format as detailed below." This means that Microsoft Office would be replaced most likely with OpenOffice which by the way is free.
