MBTA fails handicap community

According to the Boston Center for Independent Living, MBTA elevators are consistently broken and unavailable, Kone Inc. is responsible for the elevators. Stations like Harvard Square have been inaccessible to the handicap for months due to break downs. This is unacceptable!
